Last month was the wonderful Left Coast Crime in Tucson. Once again we volunteered to help unload book boxes and pack up the 500+ book bags for all the attendees.
For me this was the best networking mystery book conference I’ve attended. I was able to catch up with a couple of my favorite authors, who I’ve known for years, and met several other great internationally known authors.
Next year, Left Coast Crime will be in Bellevue, Washington, just east of Seattle.
Later this year, in August, we will be attending Bouchercon San Diego. This mystery book conference will be the first full one for us. Two years ago we “watched” the online version of a shortened conference once during the pandemic. Finally, all the conferences are “live”.
As for my writing, I’m about to wrap up my second Charles Blue Paranormal Mystery. Oh, and the third is approximately half done.
